Classes

In the event that a student is unable to attend a lesson for any reason, eg. due to illness, he/she is allowed to arrange for a make-up lesson within that week, provided that there is such a class available. There is no refund of fees if a make-up class cannot be arranged. The student is allowed to arrange for make-up classes up to a maximum of 5 times a year.

Students who do not understand a particular lesson may be asked to attend the lesson again at another session at no extra charge. Please note that this arrangement is on a short-term basis only and is based on availability.

  • In the event that a student is absent from classes for 2 consecutive weeks without prior notice, the student is assumed to have terminated his/her studies at our centre.
  • In the event that a student wishes to suspend lessons for 1 month or more, fees for that respective month(s) must be paid in order to secure the vacancy.

Payment of Fees/Deposit

  1. Fees are collected on a monthly basis and must be paid by the 7th of each month. Fees paid are not refundable or transferable.
  2. There is a one-time $30 registration fee and a supplementary fee of $10 per annum for each student.
  3. There is a $50 deposit for every student. This is fully refundable when the child leaves our centre provided that one month's notice is given. Students who wish to terminate their lessons at the centre must claim the deposit within 1 month of termination or it will be forfeited.

Centre Holidays

  1. There will be no classes on public holidays, nor will there be any replacement classes.
  2. There will be a 1-week holiday during the 1st week of June and a 2-week holiday during the last 2 weeks of November. Monthly fees have to be paid in full for these 2 months. We conduct a holiday programme for the month of December.

Others

    • The centre is not to be held responsible for any injuries sustained in or outside its premises.

    • We reserve the right to terminate a student from attending classes at our centre if he/she proves to be a disturbance to other children.
